I’m Sheila, the photographer behind Sweet Shot. I followed my passion into photography with a vision of telling editorial stories through sports and portraits—capturing not just images, but energy, emotion, personality, and moments.
All of what drives me comes from being a single Mom. Raising my son alone has taught me what hard work really looks like. He motivates me everyday to show up and prove to him that passion, grit and grind, can help you achieve your dreams.
Sweet Shot is about showing up for my community. The same community that has stepped up to help me raise a man who will contribute positively to this world. Wanted to give a big shout out to Sheila!! She’s been taking photos of my son over the years in all his various activities and I’m so incredibly grateful to have all these beautiful memories. Sheila did a great job capturing some really special memories for our family at school events. She photographed my daughter during her senior year with her coach, who has known her her whole life, and also captured great moments of our son during his 8th grade Olympics at school.
